Peng Bibo, Chief Physician and Doctor of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital of China. In 2001, he was responsible for establishing the China International Search and Rescue Team and led the team to participate in international rescue missions in Iran, Algeria, Indonesia, Pakistan, Japan, and other places. Recommended by the Chinese government, he has been selected as a formal member of the International Rescue and Medical Working Group of the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs,  and has participated in the evaluation of international rescue teams in South Korea, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Colombia as an expert in the evaluation of international rescue teams. In 2008, responsible for emergency medical support in the Olympic Village of the Beijing Olympics. I have participated in the summary and discussion of Türkiye's earthquake rescue operations organized at the United Nations level for many times, and I want to transmit the spirit of the United Nations level meetings and my own views on the command of international rescue organizations.
